LP550V Five-axis Ultrafast Laser Rotary Cutting Machine

  • The bed and column are made of highly rigid cast iron and molded in one piece with high rigidity. The column is of a “wall” structure for stable support;

Excellent machine tool design

The independently developed precision machine tools, combined with the company’s unique high-precision ultrafast laser beam rotation module, can achieve large depth-to-diameter ratio controlled cone angle drilling and cutting. Combined with dedicated rotary cutting processing software, it can achieve micro-hole processing of various engines, high-end ceramics, composite materials, etc.

Innovative control system

The laser peeling control system independently developed and designed by our company, the peeling module adopts the laser peeling control system independently developed and designed by our company, and is equipped with a femtosecond laser to achieve high aspect ratio (≥10:1), high quality, positive cone, zero cone or inverted cone micro-hole processing requirements.

3D simulation

Self-developed rotary cutting and drilling CAM software, 3D simulation model display, configuration of rotary cutting process library, can realize automatic generation of laser rotary cutting related parameters.
