Featuring automatic loading for up to 100 pieces and a retractable dust-sealing structure, it ensures precision contour processing while minimizing thermal damage, ideal for automotive and electronics manufacturing.
L03A Oil Bit Contour Laser Machine is a CNC laser machine self-developed and designed by us. This machine is only suitable for PCD contour machining. It can complete the PCD plane thinning, PCD diameter reduction, and PCD chamfering in one clamping operation.
- The machine is made of natural marble with stable structure, good rigidity, high accuracy and strong reliability;
- All the three linear axes use linear motors, thus having fast dynamic response and high positioning accuracy;
- The spindles are high-accuracy permanent magnet synchronous servo electric ones;
- The linear axes and spindles adopt the closed-loop control;
- The linear axes use linear ball guide rails, which have low friction coefficient and fast response;
- The machine has a probe detection system to accurately measure the overall dimensions of workpieces.

Excellent control system
The self-developed CNC system and processing control software are combined to realize the contour processing of PCD composite sheets.
Innovative mechanical design
The equipment is equipped with a pneumatic robot arm and a tray for automatic loading and unloading. Up to 100 PCS of materials can be placed at a time. It adopts a retractable structure, which will automatically rise during processing to seal the processing area and reduce dust pollution to the environment.
Excellent laser performance
Higher pulse energy and beam quality ensure that the temperature of the workpiece during fine machining is below 40 degrees Celsius and the temperature of the rough machining is below 100 degrees Celsius, which significantly improves the problem of thermal damage.
