It has a high-strength high-precision bed with finite element analysis(FEA)and high-tensile Mihanna casting structure.
All axial directions are supported by ball-type linear slide rails, which have the characteristics of heavy cutting rigidity of hard rails and fast movement and low wear of wire rails.
The high-performance ratary workbench, which is molded by integrated casting of ductile iron,exhibits good ductility and excellent seismic resistance, ensuring machining accuracy under heavy load of unbalanced moment conditions.
Effectively reduce the rotational vibration and extend the life of the spindle, improving long-time machining accuracy.
The spindle has a HSK-A63 cone hole, and the spindle motor and each feed shaft motor are fitted with original configuration of the system, enabling stable driving performance.
